1. Overview

Your privacy is our priority. SeeClear (“the App”) is designed to be a private and secure visual assistant. We believe that your visual data and photo library are personal, and we do not collect, store, or share your images or analysis results.

In short: What happens on your iPhone, stays on your iPhone.

2. Data Collection and Storage

2.1 On-Device AI Processing

All image analysis features (including FastViT aesthetic scoring, color-blind correction, and color recognition) are performed locally on your device using Apple’s Core ML technology. Your images are never uploaded to any external servers for processing.

2.2 Local Storage (SwiftData)

The analysis results (scores, color types, and composition data) are stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData technology. We (the developer) have no access to this data.

2.3 Camera and Photo Access

The App requires access to your camera and photo library to provide its core features:

• Camera: Used for real-time color identification and color-blind correction filters.
• Photos: Used to analyze aesthetic quality and save color-optimized images. The App only accesses files you explicitly select or capture.

3. No Tracking

• No Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics services (like Google Analytics or Firebase) to track your usage or behavior.
• No Advertising: The App does not contain any advertisements and does not share your data with advertising networks.
• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or log in to use the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

All purchases are handled securely by Apple via In-App Purchases. We do not collect or have access to your credit card information or billing address.

5. Data Retention

Since we do not host any servers, we do not retain your data. Your data exists only on your device. If you delete the App, your local analysis data will be deleted immediately.
